How to install / update the app?

SityTrail+ application for Garmin watches is now available and compatible with the SityTrail+ application for Android and iOS.

Installation of the application


You can use the Garmin Connect IQ app on your iPhone or Android device to search for and install the SityTrail or SityTrail+ app on your Garmin watch.

If you are using an iPhone, once the app is installed on the watch,it is necessary to establish the connection with the app on the watch by selecting “Garmin Connect” from the main menu of the app on the iPhone.This operation needs to be done only once.

App Update

You can also update the SityTrail or SityTrail+ app for your Garmin watch via the Garmin Connect IQ app.

To check which version you have, you will find the version number in the settings screen of the app on your Garmin watch.

Uninstalling the application

You may need to uninstall the app in case of an issue and then reinstall it.

To do this:

  1. press the "START" button on your watch
  2. scroll down to the “SityTrail” (or “SityTrail+”) app (but do not launch it)
  3. long press the "UP" button on your watch
  4. choose "Delete from device" and confirm the deletion
