Trail Walking of 18.6 km to be discovered at Occitania, Ariège, Foix. This trail is proposed by jopost.

Description

1ère étape du  Chemin des Bons-Hommes GR107 ou Sentier Cathare GR367.
Ce tracé du 7 mai 2016 part de Foix mais à ce jour, 15 octobre 2020, le Pech de Foix est interdit donc le Chemin des Bons-Hommes part depuis Montgaillard, navette depuis Foix, SE RENSEIGNER.
Arrivé en bus depuis Lavelanet après avoir laissé une voiture à Roquefixade, nous traversons le pont puis à droite vers la rue Sainte Rapine, comptez 2h pour arriver jusqu'au Pech de Foix puis continuons vers la route forestière du Cap de Touron et prenons notre pause repas. Rejoignons le Village de Leychert après 15km et 3h de plus, dernière montée de 30mn environ  vers Roquefixade, laissez le château à votre gauche et venez vous reposer au gîte de Roquefixade.
