After following/recording, the application remains active

If notifications remain active in your notification centre and cannot be removed, this means that the application is still active.

Once your trail is finished, you must stop following and recording your trail manually.

To do so:

1. Go to the main screen.
2. Slide the bottom panel to reach "TRAIL".
3. Click on the large button at the bottom of the screen if it is green. If it is red, do not touch it.
4. Slide the bottom panel to reach "RECORD".
5. Click on the large button at the bottom of the screen if it is green. If it is red, do not touch it.

Once you have completed these actions, the app stops following your movements, and the notifications in the notifications centre will disappear.

How do I completely stop the app?

When you are not using it (no trail following, no trail recording), the app will go into hibernation, and will use very little battery power (battery usage is really minute).
