The app is no longer compatible with my device

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, our app is currently only compatible with devices operating under Android 5.0 and above and iPhones/iPads running iOS 11 and above (which means at least an iPhone 5S or iPad Air).

We apologize for any resulting inconvenience.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to support Android and iOS versions that are more than 5 years old and we apologize for this.

Please check in your device settings, or with its manufacturer that an update is not possible to a newer version of iOS or Android.

With regard to older versions, unfortunately it is not technically possible for us to propose a solution to ensure compatibility with these versions.

Also note that starting in 2022, no more app updates will be provided for devices operating under iOS versions lower than 13.
