I have changed my bank card. How do I update it for my subscription?

If you paid for your subscription through an Apple or Google in-app purchase or via PayPal.

Simply add the new payment means to your Apple, Google or PayPal and remove the old payment means.

If you paid for your subscription directly by bank card on our online store

It is not currently possible to change the bank card used for automatic renewal of your subscription.

If your old bank card is no longer valid

In this case, the subscription renewal will fail when it expires.

Once the subscription has expired, you will not lose your account data but will be able to make a new purchase of the same subscription with your new card on our online shop https://shop.geolives.com or directly via the mobile app.

If your old bank card is still valid but you no longer want to use it for your subscription

In this case, you can disable automatic renewal of your subscription in the "My subscriptions" section on https://shop.geolives.com

Once the subscription has expired, you will not lose your account data but will be able to make a new purchase of the same subscription with your new card on our online shop https://shop.geolives.com or directly via the mobile app.
