My subscription, paid for by an Apple in-app purchase, has not been activated

If your subscription, paid for by Apple in-app purchase, has not been activated but you have been charged (sometimes this happens, especially if Apple asked you for additional information when making the purchase), you can simply repeat the purchase transaction a second time for the same product from the app on your iPhone / iPad.

You will not be charged a second time.

The app will indicate that you already have a subscription and it will be activated in the application.

If this does not resolve the issue, you can contact our support team, attaching a copy of the email confirming the transaction (payment receipt).
