The Casino de Spa, built between 1904 and 1908, was destroyed by fire in 1917 and rebuilt in 1920. Neo-classical on the outside, the interior comprises a series of vast halls in a variety of styles (Louis XVI, Empire, Napoleon III).
In 2023, the casino became the first casino still in operation to be listed as a Walloon Heritage Site.
