How do I connect SityTrail to Apple HealthKit/Google Fit?

Pairing HealthKit/Google Fit and the watch app must be carried out in the mobile app. Once this is done, the watch app will automatically be connected to HealthKit/Google Fit and will be able to collect data when following or recording a trail.
