How do I request a receipt / invoice for my purchase?

Please note that for subscriptions purchased using Apple or Google in-app purchases, the invoice of the purchase is provided directly by Apple or Google via email. We are unable to provide invoices for these in-app purchases.

Requesting a receipt for the purchase

  1. Make sure your details are up to date on https://connect.geolives.com in the "My details" section
  2. Go to https://shop.geolives.com
  3. Click on "My account" at the top on the right .
  4. Log in to your account.
  5. Click on your username in the top right corner and choose "My orders".
  6. In the list of orders, choose "Action" ⇒ "Request a receipt" to the right of the order in question.

Requesting an invoice for the purchase

Change your account type if necessary

If the receipt is not sufficient and you need a proper invoice for your purchase, you must have a corporate/professional or non-profit organisation account.

Go to https://connect.geolives.com in the "My details" section and change your account type to "Corporate or professional" or "Non-profit organisation".

Enter your VAT number in the form if you have one.

Remember to validate the changes

  3. Log in to your account.
  4. Click on your username in the top right corner and choose "My orders".
  5. In the list of orders, choose "Action" ⇒ "Request an invoice" to the right of the order in question.
