Cet imposant rocher de quartzite culmine à 40 mètres de hauteur, ce monument naturel incontournable de Solwaster offre à son sommet un très beau point de vue aménagé sur la Statte.
Son nom proviendrait du celtique « Bil » signifiant saillant et « Lech » signifiant la pierre.
