At this place, stands a large cross (height of the cross: 15 meters and altitude at the foot of the cross: 269 meters) inaugurated in 1913. It dominates the entire region and offers an exceptional panorama of the Pays de Herve.
Near this cross is also a famous observation turret of the Fort of Battice nicknamed "MN 29" and which resisted from May 10 to 17, 1940 to the German attacks.
Before leaving the Bois del Fiesse, admire the landscape specific to the Pays de Herve which unfolds at your feet, with its meadows, its hedges, its fruit trees, its groves, its isolated farms, its villages scattered on the sides of the hills.
