The street called Rue Pauline Hubert is named after a political prisoner who died in Ravensbrück concentration camp on 26 December 1943. Opposite the roundabout, a monument has been erected in memory of this lady and her husband Mr Albert François, born in Rance. He died on 24 January 1946 of the consequences of his incarceration in Germany.
