Coo Hydroelectric Power Plant was built in the 1960's. It is made of two reservoirs laid out on top of one of the hills overlooking Coo, another reservoir in a former bend of the River Amblève, and the plant itself, which is found some 60 m under the hill and operates a total of six giant turbines.
