How do I retrieve a trail that has been deleted?
Make sure you are logged in to your SityTrail account, then:
- Click on "Dashboard" on the website home page.
- Click on "Trash bin" to view all the deleted trails.
- Check the trails you want to restore.
- Click on "Action".
- Choose the "Restore" action.
ℹ️
In some rare cases, trails sent from the mobile app may not appear in your web account. In this case, make sure to check that the trail is not in the trash bin.
