How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

If you have lost your password, do not worry, it can easily be retrieved.

To do so,

1. Click on the "Login" tab.
2. Select the "Continue with a Sity user or email" tab.
3. Click on the "Forgotten password" tab.
4. Enter your email address so that a reminder is sent to you.
5. Go to your email box and click the button or link in the email. You will be redirected to a form to reset your password.
6. Choose a new, secure password and confirm.
7. You can now log back into your account with this new password.
8. Remember to log in again with the new password on the mobile app (Android or iOS) as explained here: How do I log back in to my account after changing my password?
